The promotional materials like entry forms for contests or coupons for products might include agreement for other services which would be billed o you. So, its advisable to read them in detail.Fake representatives might try to inform you about some changes in service; so scan your telephone bill for the services you are being provided.

Remove the pre-checked options while filling any form on line or else you might be charged for that service since you did not contact the service provider for notice on "negative option".

Returning calls to unrecognized numbers on pager may lead to identification of your number and request for services would be processed from your account.

The contract for the cell phone should be read carefully.
